If so, which program did you use?  Would you recommend it?  All opinions welcome.

i wouldn't do something like that unless doctor recommended it, and even then i'd still get a second opinion. In my opinion, they are very overrated but im sure there are people who like them. I think alot of them are hype and key diet and nutrition in combo with a healthy exercise routine is the key to having a "clean system"

pun intended???  that made me laugh...     a question about a cleanse and an answer about  lots BS.    maybe it's the day I'm having but I"m actually sitting here laughing pretty hard at that one

Yeah, I figured that might be the consensus...    Is there anyone who has tried one?  (I'm not talking about lemonade diet crazy stuff...)

Perfect Weight America is another place to find good diet info.  They also suggest a dietary based cleanse.  I tried the diet plan a few months back and fell off the wagon.   The info seems legit, nothing really to buy off the website, they provide the meal plans, you buy and make the foods yourself from wherever you want.

Here is a good alternative plan still considered a detox /cleanse diet.

I love the products from American Botanical Pharmacy...and have found them super effective! They separate cleanses by body organs, and (cleanse-wise) I have only used the bowel program...did I just say that on here?!? Anyway, the stuff seems pricey, but, like I said, it really works. I also have friends and family members that swear by the products; so it's not just me! Hope this helps!

By the way, if you read after the head of the company, Dr. Schultz, be forewarned that he can have a pretty raunchy and irreverent mouth...I'm not giving an endorsement for his moral character!
