Frisco area Podiatrist recommendation

I have been having some foot/ankle problems since August. I was treated for post tib tendinitis by an ART guy and was given the go to start running again after the pain subsided but have since been having some problems with pain in the balls of my feet and toes. The guy I was seeing recommended metatarsal pads which provided some immediate relief so I thought I was good to go, but have started experiencing problems again. I have rested, had my shoes fitted professionally, gotten OTC orthodics, but am still not great. I pretty much know what my next steps are but want to make sure I move forward with the guidance of a good podiatrist with experience with runners... know anyone?
