Subject: RE: Hospital and headaches Hi Megan,
The discription of your pain sounds like a migrain. I'm certainly not a doctor, but my 23 year old daughter has had them since she was about 10 years old. The one she has now has lasted almost 2 years. Some of the triggers are stress, food alergies, hormones (BC pills can help or hurt ) and of course cleaning products. It's a long list of possible causes!
Like others have said, since the headaches started when you started at the hospital, that sounds like the problem. The best thing to do is to take note of the chemicals being used around you and other conditions you run accross in your day and you may see a pattern. Quite a task when you're busy running around, but could help.
You might also want to try something stronger than Advil to get thru the semester. I have heard that Excedern makes a version for migrains that works for some people. Hope this helps.
