Swim Coach/Trainer in East Oakland County Area

Elena runs the west bloomfield masters swim. She's an olympian from russia, or ukraine, or thereabouts, and (duh) knows her stuff. When I checked her private lesson rates, they were out of control...but I still think it's worth calling her, and ask if you can work some arrangement. It'd be awesome advice.

There is a bunch of us that go to the master swim group at Troy LTF. The coach is great. It is $34/month and we meet on M/W at 7:30pm. He works with all levels, analyzes strokes, and tailors to your needs. He knows our personal goals and gets us to them. 

There is also a girl there on Mondays and Wednesdays who runs private classes at the same time as our master group. I don't know her prices but she is not affiliated with LTF. She is very good and I have seen her at many tri's. She is with the F.A.S.T. tri group.

Monday was an awful example. LTF screwed up but now our coach is back.  His name is Sudheer and you should come talk to him.  The guy on Monday was a loser and we all told the director that if Sudheer wasn't back, neither were we.  Do NOT judge on the Monday class. 

My stroke has improved by leaps and bounds.  I have taken about a minute off my 100m.  I was a very bad swimmer when I started with him last March, now I would say its one of my strengths.
