So I think i really lucked out here in finding a LBS that really takes care of me.
Long story short-a regular of the LBS bought a new tri-bike, but wanted to keep his old aerobars and was selling the new ones that came with the tri-bike. PD t2's.
I happen to call the same day this happened and BOOM-theyre mine for 40 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!
but thats not the point of this thread.
I am also going to be getting a FIST fitting since im getting the aero's, and I am being charged 100 buckaroo's for it. being new to all this stuff and still learning is this a solid price for fitting? i would assume it is and it is for a COMPLETE fitting (including cleat alingment)
they want me to drop the bike off the night before so they can pre-install the aero's on my bike then have me show up in my shorts etc..... they said it'll take about two hours and i may need a seatpost as well depending.
So does this sound money to everyone else?
also have people seen a noticeable difference after getting FIST fit?
im really excited so i hope this all sounds good.
Thanks!

Just based on my first reaction to that price... yeah, sounds like a good deal to me.

My fit guy has three different fits from $75 to $250. For $100 and what they are saying you are getting you are getting a good value.

Ask lots of questions and see if they will have you come in for a follow up visit to tweak stuff if necessary.

I'm F.I.S.T certified and charge $150 for a bike purchased from my shop. $250 for a bike purchased elsewhere. The $150 is waived on bikes over $3k.
