Unfortunately my milage is not anywhere close to his, and I have a cast on my leg right now.  We enjoy doing tris and training together, in everything except running.

I lost his IPOD and cannot find it, so I bought him a new one.  That is what was under the pillow.

Smile ... it actually makes you feel happier -- it does look a little goofy, but no goofier than running 15 mi in the middle of the winter

...

This is one of my favorite tricks. Smiling when the going gets tough almost always puts me in a much better frame of mind.

She left me a brand new iPod Nano.  Nice, huh?
