2006 Tri Bike Decision: Felt B2 or Kestrel Talon SL

Ok,

   Im looking into getting a new tri bike.  I had a cervelo Dual 56 and im 5'10" so the bike was a bit big, but worked for olympic distance.  Now im training for a half Ironman, and need to get a bike that fits better and is more comfortable!  In on about a $1500 MAX budget.  So I have ridden a few, and have an opportunity to get a 2006 felt B2 (this is not the all carbon, only has carbon seat stays and fork), or a full carbon Kestrel Talon SL.  Any thoughts on either of these bikes or experiences?  The kestrel would cost me about $200-300 more than the Felt B2.  I would appreciate any help.  I have read reviews on both, but wanted a few opinions.  Also if you have any other bike options in tthe price range.  At this point I believe id rather buy used because I think I get more bike for my buck.
