Training schedule for wife

Last sunday my finished her first tri and at the same time it was also her first Olympic tri. We used the schedule that we found on this website. Where do we go from here with her training. We want to do the off road spint tri in April and in June there is a invitational Olympic tri on the Island of St Maartin so our Biking club is going participate. Does anyone have any suggestions.
