Subject: Training in Ithaca, NY - want to join me?

Hi!

I'm swimming at Cornell Monday through Friday in the morning and bike/running Monday through Saturday in the evening.

I just started working with a coach this past December, Andy Potts' coach, and I'm loving it. I have a steady swim partner who leaves me in the dust. If you want to join us in the morning or join me on the trainer and running outside in the evening, let me know.

It would be great to find someone to tag along - they could get free coaching.

Do you belong to the Ithaca Triathlon Club ? I'd love to join you but live in Binghamton and the hour drive is just too much of a pain for a workout. I belong to ITC and one of these days will get up to one of their organized workouts.

i take it you are on the list serve for FLRC? there is always a run somewhere (although mostly in ithaca) and i know BHV has some activity for biking. i don't know any list serve's for swimming.

i would love to join you but the drive from HHDS would take longer than the workout.

hey whats up you would not be the same person that was at glen swans getting the fuji race pro when i was there wiht my tri bike would you be... anyway i can not swim yet cause of my shoulder been kicking around the pool down at island health i will be able to bike here soon and would love to have someone to ride with,,,,just get up with me ....later shawn maybee
