Subject: IronGAC - Flint area indoor tri

Hello Folks,

I'm just plugging my local health club's indoor tri.  Its at Genesys Athletic Club on March 14th.  I don't think I'll be racing in it, but I will likely be volunteering for it.  My swim coach is the RD.  Also, its sponsored by my favorite sports nutrition company, GU Sports.

IIRC, its a 20 minutes, times three format.  Not sure on prices, etc.

I did this last year and it was fun for a warm up to the season. Not sure if I am going to do it again. I will have to check the schedule.

I'm doing an event just like this at my local Y the weekend before.  hoping it'll be a good warm-up/ training indicator for me.
