Subject: Adjusting work out days This may be covered else where but I was unable to find it.
Is there a way to adjust the scheduled workouts in bulk. Example; I can only swim on Tuesdays and Thursdays (and sat or sunday ) and all my other training will revolve around that schedule. Is there a way to bulk move the swim workouts to be set for a specific days of the week?
It may also just be easiest to move my race day out one day which may have the same effect by sliding all work outs to the next day with in the week.
