Subject: Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey
5 ice cubes
1 frozen banana (peel first, then freeze)

Put everything except the banana in a blender and power until smooth. Add the banana and power until it's the consistency of a milkshake. Tastes just like a milkshake, but good for you!

If you freeze the skim milk in ice cube trays you can use it and cut out some of the regular ice cubes.
