i146q - 2009-03-02 4:27 AM Oh forgot to mention, not sure if you guys remember the earrings I had in when I posted the p90 and p90x pix... Well I took them out about 3wks ago. Just thought I'd let you know, I've returned to the land of normalcy after 12 yrs of having 1/4lb hanging from either side of my head!

Wish I could think of a way to drop half a pound that quick!

I've been cruising right along with my nutrition, really hunkering down and focusing.

Weight this a.m. was 197.2.

I'm not really sure what to set as a goal ... so I'm not going to set a weight goal, but a goal to write down everything I eat every day, and then enter it into BT for calorie count. That seems to be working for me better than using the WW points system.

Greetings skinnies.  I would like to join you for March if that's ok.  I need some extra motivation to drop 8 pounds that I put on since last summer and just can't seem to shake.  So today I am 131, goal is 123.  I've lurked on this site a bit, so I think I get the rules.  I definitely plan to be here each week, two pound lighter.

Working from home because of the snow is great, because I get to work from home. However, this means that the pool is closed and I cant get my workout in today. ARGH!!! It also means I have been staring at that package of Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chip cookies. Dangit, one magically appeared in my hand and ended up in my belly. Don't know how that happened :-( Thats my one indiscretion for the day...sigh!!! Sitting at home is very disruptive to the eating plan!!!

Missed my Feb goal, but still was down. I am going for 218 by 3/31 this month.

Just got back late last night from a weekend trip to So Cal (Santa Barbara) for a bachelor party. I did get a nice run along the beach in, but other than that I spent most of the time trying to relive my college days of going out drinking and not remembering the second half of the evening. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

Methinks this weeks weigh in could be scary.

How bout my goal for March is to finally have a good month. I think it has been since about July of 07 that I have had a good month, both eating and working out.

I should have joined months ago, since I have been going the wrong direction.

My current weight is 218.  I wanted 205 by 19th but not going to happen, so I will take getting to it by the end of the month.

Thanks for letting people join.

Hi I would like to join!

Yesterday- 166.6 (yikes 666....)
Goal for end of March 160.00

I know this is a large goal, but I normally stay right around 160. Lately my eating habits have gone down the tube and I have a wedding dress to wear in 4 1/2 months. I am also going to be IN a wedding around the same time. I'm in need of some kind of accountability!! My overall goal is to improve my state of mind. I have been very tired lately, and know it has a lot to do with my diet and lack of exercise.

Just keep training and this should help keep the cigarettes away - it works with me and the only time I wanted a cigarette was when my physio grounded me. But don't worry THE FORCE IS STRONG WITH YOU

Thanks Cead.  Now to cut the snacking.  Dimwit me isn't even snacking on good stuff. I snack on saltines and graham crackers.  Geesh,  I need some chocolate...LOL.

I had a little "fat girl freak out" yesterday (to borrow the phrase from Dietgirl) about being scared to lose more weight. But I came up with a visualization to help calm me down, and it's working beautifully.

The nutrition is spot on, and I'm feeling great, although a tad bit scared to go any farther. But I'm journaling and also getting in my exercise.

And, the great news is, that I should finally get my 5-pound loss star at Weight Watchers tomorrow!

I agreee...at some weak moment during the offseason at the end of last year, I ordered FOUR boxes of cookies!!!! FOUR!!! Who needs four?? Luckily, I was able to give a co-worker two before leaving work and then handed over the other two to my boyfriend to keep away from me. Luckily he has already inhaled one box, so there is only one lurking around my house. Hopefully he polishes those off too..SOON!!!

Like a collective panic attack of dying fat cells ... OR, still having the mindset of a fat person ("I can't do that! I'm too fat!") even after losing a significant amount of weight.

I would love to join also. After I started my new job last January I have done nothing but gain weight. Near the end of last year I reached the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I started trying to eat healthy this year as a resolution but I have met with only limited success. I would like to lose roughly 15 pounds overall and regain the fitness level I once had. I tried to weight myself on a scale of questionalbe accuracy that I found in the back of the closet. For a moment I was in a blissfull state as the needle stopped at 145. And then I realized that the darn thing was broken since I cant possibly weight less than 168 so now I have to go out and buy a new one. Any suggestions on brands or models?
