New in Ottawa, CANADA

Hey, my name is Jeremy Sauve, 32, and I am looking to start racing this summer.  I am signed up for 4 Sprint level triathlon's and am looking forward to it tremendously.  Why?  I love to compete, needed a change in sports (used to white water kayak) and want to get healthier (increase time at my desk is killing me).  Just sorting through all the info on this site!  Chose the Sprint Basic RPE plan and starting in earnest today.  Heard good things about the tri community so am looking forward to something new!
