Garmin 405 - Uploading Issue

First off, as a training tool.  I love this device.  I've run into problems uploading my workouts to Garmin Connect, and was curious if anyone has encountered the same (I've seen some threads that are similar, but not exactly with my issue).  I've downloaded the ANT Agent driver and successfully paired with my device.  When I try to upload workouts, ANT Agent recognizes my device and downloads the data, BUT when it then tries to transfer the data to Garmin Connect, I periodically get a message that the transfer fails.  I've uploaded about 6-7 workouts successfully, but tried to upload 2 over the weekend and there seems to be a disconnect between the ANT Agent and Garmin Connect.   I've tried uploading the workouts manually from the Garmin Connect, and it recognizes the workouts (date and duration of workout shows up on the list of workouts to select for upload), but I still get a message that the upload fails when I try to get the data into Garmin Connect.  I'm going to call Garmin customer service, but thought that I would ask here for any suggestions also.

 I haven't tried the Training Center yet.  Is there a preference for that over Garmin Connect?
