Can anyone offer any suggestions on how I can stop calf cramps while swimming with a wet suit?

My guess is that the water temps when swimming with your wetsuit are colder, which is causing the cramps, not the wetsuit.  As for what to do to prevent them...I'm still working on that one myself, but I try to flex my ankle (opposite from pointing your toes) every couple minutes.
