My first log entry. I joined several months earlier, but since my training partner was a coach, I didn't see the reason to log workouts. Shame.

Damn Haley you are really a crappy swimmer.. it took you 42 minutes to swim 1.2 yards .. damn girl

I think I was crappy at log entries.

ok my first log entry I don't understand at all!  I didn't even log any workout...

 Rough day today.  Rode horse with Christine a little, then left at 3.  MY stomach was NOT cooperating and I had to stop a couple of times.  All the more reason to get back on the diet--it didn't like the diner food!  Then ran into a lot of traffic. Finally got home at 9 in a pissy mood and  asore back.  I"m so glad to be home!!

I think I visited my friend in NC that weekend?  that's my best guess.  I guess I could have logged running to the bathroom as a workout.

March 24th 2008, first log entry.  That was seriously a very long way for me, actually pretty much still is...

i don't think a spreadsheet was the only thing that you back entered.
