did body marking last year- oh, it was so much fun.   Body handling....  oh, my.......

tips:  I'd say the number as I wrote it, after a while I was loopy and messed up a couple times, they caught it this way.   It's sorta like counting laps- you get dazed and confused after a while. Have proof of their number- don't take what they say.  The armband numbers are really small.  I sorta wish we had flashlights in the early hours- those pen lights that rns/mds use would work really well. 

Body marking is BY FAR the best job in the world!  You should have to pay THEM!

Wendi, I just want to thank you so much for arranging this pasta dinner.  I was just going over the menu again and since everything is separate, it's got something for everyone in my VERY picky family.

I cant believe how well informed you are, Northern NJ chapter is horrible...I dont know anything. No itenerary, no group swim info...nothing....Geez... thanks NYtrigal at least I have some info from you!

mcobu If you're body marking... I wonder if there's some sort of "ID/marking" you can put on BTer's... that way when all of you pass me, you can at least give me a high five!

I don't see why not as long as it doesnt obscure the "official" markings.  Last year, only one calf was marked (right).  A lot of folks had temporary tattoos of their sponsors or whatever.  Some folks put hearts or whatever on the other calf.   I think I"m gonna script "Lucy" on that leg....

Whew, Okay got my packet...turns out I was away on a business trip when they gave these out at the Bon voyage party...I'm in the TNT 4:30PM Pasta Party (look for me NYtrigal!!). But nothing on group swim and funny it says Friday Arrival and we're getting to Tampa on Thurs. One more important note, TNT is not paying or supplying us with the USAT day license. I may just sign up for the year....

Not exactly. I provided a map for your reference. You will be swimming in the area in the top right of the map (see where I375 is). Ft DeSoto tri was held down near the bottom left (see Tierra Verde). The announcer said the water temp was 63-64^o. The driving time from your venue to DeSoto is about a 20min drive.
