Subject: New to OK not to Tris
Well, I've taken about 9 months off since attempting IMCDA in June 2008. Finished swim in good time. Bike was few minutes too slow though and didn't get to the run. Got depressed and gained about 30 pounds on an already Athena frame. Miss Colorado big time trying to tri my way out of a funk. Live on a lake in Fairland want to swim in it but don't have partners. Any takers? I don't even know the rules but it's a cove.

Hey hang in there,

I live in the Pryor area we have lake Hudson (I am guessing you are talking GRAND) to swim in and there is a few of us you of course all welcome.  I do have a friend in the Jay area I will let her know of your post. Also, I have family in the Ketchum area so I will try to get a hold of you ifwhen we get up in the area, perhaps we can meet up for a swim and bike.
 Sorry for the delay, I just got this account set home.  My tri buddy and I did IMKY and Redman last year.  Will you be doing IM Kansas?
