Subject: Open Water Training - Johnson County
Where do people train for open water in the Johnson county area?  Does Shawnee mission open up for open water swims?

Tuesday and Thursday nights 6:00 - 7:30 at Shawnee Mission Park. $4 per session. Usually starts in early June through August.

Training for my first Triathlon...This swimming is quite challenging.

With such good taste in hockey teams, you are clearly clever enough to master swimming in no time.

My wife and I were in the Detroit area from 1991 to 1998 before we moved to KC. Miss the games in Joe Louis Arena, the friends back there say things are pretty tough going these days.
