Yes, matzoh and matzoh meal (turned into such things as matzoh balls, cakes, rolls ), farfel stuffing....will form a barrier in your colon inpenetrable by anything behind it. Better than any butt plug you will be guaranteed not to need a porta potty, extra TP or a private place to squat. What's more, you can work on your swim technique as the matzoh cement weighs down your middle forcing you to work on your streamline position to prevent sinking to the bottom of the pool. Fear that you will crap yourself on the run??? have a little matzoh the night before. Worried about timing of your movements before the race? have a few matzoh balls at dinner prior to your race.
