Thanks guys!  It was a tough day for me, better executed than last year, but the time was worse by a couple of minutes. Still BQ'ed, but no CR.  The wind was a factor, would be interested to see what Juice and the others have to say.  Now it is time to rest up and think about the tri season!  I really need to get serious about this whole swimming thing.

You certainly are going to be a force to be reckoned with in the run. Swimmers rarely win the race. It is the runners that usually win.

Thanks for following yesterday peeps.  I felt ya out there about mile 22 or 23 when my legs were saying its ok to walk.  Tough course.  I dont know if the headwinds mattered at all but I also garmined a 26.4 so i must have run some crappy lines.  Awesome fun for sure and appreciated the support!  EEEEEAAAAAWWW!!!  Oh yeah, I did rock the donkey top and was called Donkey Man, Donkey Boy, Donkey Dude, etc, etc.  Boston peeps were loving the donk.
