I've got a race on Sunday too! I'm having a hard time convincing my body that its going to be all better by Sunday! Hope you feel better! |

Doc gave me the thumbs up for training, but guess what, anything even slightly *brisk* make me cough violently. Seeing my allergist/asthma on Tuesday. If that doesn't pan out, I'll go see a pulimary doc or perhaps ENT. Yes, I am just sitting here feeling sorry for myself, but it's not like I can go out and run to keep my mind off of this yucking sitch!Okay, I'm done. |

| Master 1741 Boston | Subject: RE: sick people unite!! Well, I went to the doctor and like always, I have sinusitis. Seems it has been a recurring problem about every 5-8 months. Doc gave me Allegra D and Avalox ( an antibiotic). Gotta nip this thing in the bud- I have missed 3 days of work I've been so sick. Reading BT is the only thing keeping me sane! |

Extreme Veteran 492 Home port | Subject: gator gal try this.... go to this website, www.sinusbuster.com . I suffer from chronic sinusitis etc, and this is the only thing that really worked for me. I have not had to use any other otc meds or see the doc since I tried this stuff. Maybe it will work for you too! Good luck, Bryan |

Top quality multivitamin, maximum recommended daily dose of Vitamin C (200mg) and a mild case of germ-a-phobia that keeps me diligent about not touching things like grocery cart handles and public toilet handles / doors that 50 million other people touch has kept me from getting so much as a sniffle for over 5 years. |
