I know, I know! I need to come up with some. :P

May is a busy month for me, so how about:

Swim: 5 sessions
Bike: 5 sessions
Run/Walk: 6 sessions

If it turns out that May isn't as crazy as I think it's going to be, I'll revise it....

i think i would like to join this challenge however i don't swim... can i use run/bike/weightlifting as my 3 activities?  is the goal to do 2 of these things per training session and recording minutes doing so?  please let me know if this is the right challenge for me? i have monthly running and weight lifting goals.. will add bike goals thanks
i.e. run 20 miles per week, bike 20 miles per week, lift 4x per week.

Welcome. The goal is to set training goals for the month and to stick to your training plan. The challenge, and being on a team, is an incentive to keep those goals. Doing two or more training events per session adds a bonus, but is purely optional.

Since this is a monthly challenge could we convert your goals to monthly goals? Multiplying by 4 gives us 80 miles biking, 80 miles running, and 16 lifting sessions. You might want to add extra to these for the extra 3 days of May.
