The ows would be on a different day than Lake Winona. I was thinking of a Sunday morning or a Tuesday evening? Since I would want to swim as well, I wonder if we could recruit a couple of people, friends or family that could register people at the site. I am very close to "closing the deal" , but want to know if anyone would actually utilize a location in Medford NJ? you can email me directly at snjdadrunner @yahoo.com. John is going to try and hold the clinic for 4:30 Sunday afternoon at Kelly Pool in Philadelphia. To reserve a spot you can email him at [email protected]. This clinic will probably deal a lot with stroke mechanics and efficiency. It is definitely time well spent if you don't feel your swim is where it needs to be. Tell him Mike sent ya! |

The lake has too many group and other member bookings for us to host the swims. They are really great about allowing us to come in and take over the lake so I really can't complain. Next year we're going to talk to them about hosting them rather than us hosting. This would mean it would be held every week and not be affected by our race schedule. It would also mean Michele and I would actually get to swim! Thanks to everyone for coming out this year. |
