I think it's all about perceptions of how we like to be be seen and what we think looks more like our "real" self. Some of the shots in the 'bad shots' thread I actually think are pretty good shots...and some in this thread....uh.....well...nevah mind. :-)

Wanted to add - seeing race photos is so inspiring to me - I'm all pumped up now..I went back to look at my Miami marathon photos & it totally took me back...I'm psyched for my tri next month! Finally got a couple from my race this weekend that I liked (my race 3 weeks ago - TERRIBLE pix - I'm dirty/unhappy/or very weird looking in all of them). Must've been happy the rain stopped finally  Trying to outsprint the guy in grey to the finish line after passing him. As I ran for the finish, everyone behind me was yelling at him “Don’t let her get away with that! You can catch her! Come on!” He didn’t catch me.  |
