Hello from central florida

hi I 'm 45 in 3 weeks, married, kids, house , job,

and two bikes...one lemond steel, and one cervelo dual - talk about different well doh!

of course they are. started tri'ing last summer half dozen sprints, got st anthonys coming up sceeeeeered of the swim but I'll live.

loving this stuff though nothing like registering for a tri to keep one honest .

can't be lazy when something like that is coming up on the calendar.

the miater name - i drive a miata and being a yankee - ah red sox fan but you know what i mean- my wife says I say it that way .

so my cah is a miater.
