Subject: Sprint Training Plan with HRM On May 1st, I will complete my Couch to Sprint plan from Michael Finch's Book Triathlon Training.
I am looking for another plan to encompass the rest of my tri season. My last tri is August the 7th.
Specifically, I would like a 12 week program that is based on heart rate zones. Is there a program like this or do I just need to take a normal program and modify it? |
