First of all, I did not even know there was going to be a new 405.  I didn't see any threads on it.  The only threads I ever saw was about the new waterproof Garmin (soon to be released - available for pre-order).

But what's this? Amazon is giving away a free Forerunner 50 when you buy the new 405.  Enticing yes? I am enticed.

Just sharing Garmin news.

how is the garmin 50?

it is waterresistan up to 30m from what i see.  is it also a massive watch like the 305?  i found a new one on amazon for $60 w HRM.....thoughts?
