Former offensive lineman turned triathlete?

Well, that's what I hope the headline will read.  I'm scheduled to run my first triathlon in September here in Washington DC.  This will be a real challenge for me.  I played football my whole life, was an offensive lineman in arena football and at one point I weighed over 300lbs.

I just finished my second 5k race, got my time down to a little over 26 minutes and my weight is down to 240lbs.
