I had a good swim, but the wind picked up and the cloud cover vanished for me on my 2nd bike loop. Was going okay for the first 6 miles of my run, then I had lots of pain in my feet. Alternating walking and running as best I could for the next 7.1 miles. Brutal.  I believe I was almost exactly 1 hour slower today than my last 70.3.

Heat + Wind + Hills + Altitude = long day for Fitzy

People it was not hot...it was such a big difference from doing Tri's in the Valley, it was very nice...but the altitude sucked. I hope those bikers who got hit by a car are ok.
