I like that Masterlock! I'm gonna have to find one. If I take a key with me I tie it into my suit strings. Otherwise I put it with my towel/stuff. If it's a beach type area you could always put it on the guard stand.

We use those in real estate to secure the door key. I know Lowe's carries them. Just make sure you get the kind with the handle/loop. They have another that looks almost the same from the front but it is made to be mounted.

Masterlock 5500- it's a combo lock that opens to hold keys.

Once the car is locked, I lock the lock to the bumper and put the key in. That way I'm never locked out. Works great for races, swims ect where you don't want to carry (or lose) your car key.

That's a really cool idea!!  Usually I swim with a bunch of other people, so I just leave them on the bank.

I agonised about what to do with my keys when OWSing so now I take my bike and use a lock with a combination number.

Do you carry tire tools with you?  If so then throw them in there.

I also have a little pouch at the top of my handlebar on my bike.  I kept my key in there but forgot to hook it to the little strap inside.  I reached in to grab a gel pack and my key came flying out.  I spent 5minutes looking for the key.

I also use a baby pin that is hooked to my keychain.  I hook that to my trunks or if I'm running the bottom of my shorts pockets.  Even if the key came out of your pocket it'd still be hooked.
