Subject: starting again hello.
i had an i injury last year as i was training for my 2nd tri, broke my foot , and it took me about 6 months to heal. i feel like i'm ready now to start again.
im in a relative good shape (playing basketball mainy ) , i wanted to know from what distance i should start running (or for how much time ).
