Group Runs at IOS

For those of you in the Triangle area, Inside-Out Sports is running free group runs on Wednesday nights at 6PM out of the Cary store. Marty, the gut leading them is a Tri-coach for a living. Tonights group was...just me. It was great. Come on out if you want to.
