I won't do 2 races in one day.

walked around and drank lots of water

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the race before the race and the pizza and pop i consumed after the first race

Event comments:

lots of participants which i enjoy and i introduced myself to the women's basketball team, THEY ROCK!! oh, and i beat Tim Bograkos :)

Bograkos was probably trying to shake off a long night on Grand River! 

GREAT run, Trix!!  Way to represent!  I'm expecting the three of us - you, Dizzle and myself - to bring home some HARDWARE in a few weeks at Burns Park!
