Subject: Celiac's Disease
Just curious, are there any Celiac triathletes here in the house? A loved one of mine was recently diagnosed. The whole house is now gluten-free. (yes, truly gluten-free!) Any others???

Yep! Diagnosed two years ago. Initially it was a bit challenging, but the "gluten free" marketplace has improved considerably over the past few years. Doesn't really impacy my nutrition as long as I plan ahead. GF pasta, breads, pizza, beer, really not missing out on too much, just usually can't have the snacks provided at the race sites.
