for those of you that dont know this event, it is set in southern ohio in the middle of some crazy nasty hills on the bike and off road run course.

there is a mini sprint triathlon friday evening

an oly sat morning,
a reverse oly sat afternoon (bike/swim/run)
and a half IM sun morning.

you do all of them, either solo or as a team (in the team both teamate race together, not like a relay).
