Hello to all triathletes and sports lovers that come here
I just found this site while I was looking for some place to log my workouts.

I'm also new to triathlon.. started last year and I only did 2 sprint and 1 olympic til now
Unfortunately I'm forced to skip the first triathlon of the new season here due to an injurie... but I'm recovered now... just not in shape to do it

I have a running background and for a couple of years I did a lot of mountain races mixed with a few road half-marathons.

Cheers

Antonio

Thank you all for your warm welcome ... I really appreciate it

For Lara: surely I'll post the race reports I intend to do the Lisbon International Half Marathon on the 28th and aiming to do around 1h40m .. far from my PR but the best I can aim right now... as for triathlons I think only in august will have some (due to my job that sends me to places where there is no races )

Thank you all again

Bem-vindo, and thank you for speaking English (extremely well, I might add). My Portuguese is shocking.
