Marathoner ready for Triathlons

Hi everybody!
I'm so glad I found this site!  It's great to read the hints and tips from experienced triathletes!
I just ran my fifth marathon about a month ago and decided to give triathlons a whirl.  I love running and am careful to keep myself injury-free, but I'm attracted to the much more well-rounded fitness I could achieve by adding swimming and cycling.
My first sprint triathlon will be at the end of August!  I'm mostly spending the summer learning how to swim freestyle...tonight's my first trip to the pool!  Should be a good time.
