Training in Green Bay

Hey Folks in WI,

Are there any good trails/riverwalks/parks for a 3-5 mile run in Green Bay? I'll be at the Hampton off of Oneida from Monday till Thursday. It looks like Monday will be the best day to run temperature-wise and I am from the South. If any BT'ers can actually make the run that would be way cool as well. If I could get in a swim at a YMCA it would not hurt my feelings. Any info is appreciated!
