Good tri clubs in the Triangle?

I think nobody replied because there really aren't any! There's one in Hillsborough called the Sportsplex Tri club. I think some of the Y's and pools in Raleigh might have training groups, but not specific clubs. Sorry I can't help more!

Bike shops and Tri shops have run and bike groups out of their stores, so check those out. The TrySports store in Crabtree does both (run and bike). www.trysports.com

Also, I plotted out all the swim spots I found when I was looking for a new place to swim. We used to swim at a fishing hole, but the Rangers kicked us out one day. Here are all the spots I checked out:

The place we swim now is called "Sneak Spot" on that map! I am probably swimming on Wed night at 6pm ish this week. Anyone is welcome to join.
