Subject: Simple question, should be a simple answer
How do I strikethrough goals that I have completed? For the life of me I can't figure it out, yet I see users crossing out goals all of the time in their blogs.

Highlight the text and click the strike through button ( S with a line through is, top row next to the u )

just make sure you have 'use rich edit box...' enabled in your control panel to see that option.
