Very off topic, but fyi, Dogfish 90 Minute IPA is my all time favorite beer.  Maybe I will have to toast one this evening to Michael Jackson.

Hope you don't call it Jesus Juice .............

I'm not that big of a fan of it, but it is growing on me.  But two of them and I'm loopy ......... 9% alcohol for a beer is killer.

I refuse to toast him, even if he is toast - frickin' pedophile.

Funny stuff Daremo.  I can only judge the music as I know as fact that it was groundbreaking, the man, well, I may never know about that.
In any case, I'm learning alot on this site, and I thank you for your time spent on here posting.  My first tri will be Cascade Lake next May, here in MD, and afterwards, I will probably toast myself with a 90 minute.  I would be more than happy to email you the list of reasons why it can't happen this year for me so there is no doubt in my commitment or drive, but I won't post all that here to bore the entire board.  I hope to meet you at a race next year.  My goal is to finish in the top 50, sounds like a good goal, right?

It's the best site because in ONE thread

I learned....A new word. Pedantic: adj; marked by a narroow often ostentatious concern for book learning & formal rules.

I saw....A photo of the rare. elusive Pancake Bunny

I imagined....going to my local co-op and trying a Dogfish 90 IPA (or 2)

I mourned...Goodby Michael. RIP

My favorite is their Immort Ale.  But I am sad that I missed my window to pick up a case this year.

mrbbrad - 2009-06-25 11:00 AM I'd be willing to wager that a "big IM" winner could do better than mediocre against Olympic caliber marathoners. I'm tempted to waste the afternoon searching for average marathon finish times at the Olympics and compare that against average stand alone marathon times for world class triathletes.
mrbbrad - 2009-06-25 3:58 PM I do not contend that elite triathletes are on equal footing with elite althletes in each respective sport. .
.....just saying.

Damn. Did you have to?!?

Not on equal footing, but better than mediocre. Seriously, is that so hard to follow?
