Subject: RE: running bike mount I'm no expert on running mounts, but my first suggestion would be to find a grassy area to cushion your falls. Of course I would assume flexibility would have a lot to do with it (you would have to get your leg over the seat with your other foot planted on the ground-unless you could take a little hop onto your seat ). I'm sure there are other people who have more experience than me who could explain technique...i.e. body position, bike position, hand position, bike speed, etc. With me it's still in the trial and error phase (run, hop, crash, get up...run, hop, crash, get up...run, hop, crash, get up... ) |
