Subject: Question on the "16 Week Sprint - 3x Balanced" program
In the Program Details it says, "You will have better success if your two-a-days are split up in the morning and night sessions." Am I understanding this correctly when I read it to mean that you do half the workout in the morning and the other half in the evening (i.e., not brick workouts)? I figured it would be better (to establish endurance) to do them consecutively, not split. Thoughts?

initially when building endurance this would be my choice to split it up for some rest in between.  once u feel you have gained significant endurance or a month away from race day IT WILL be good to brick a few of these.  if your new to endurance, def split them up.

Ron is right and he should be, it is his website but to explain it better they want you to spit it between day and night because they want your body to rest during that time so you can enjoy your workouts more. If you notice on the schedule the last few weeks have grey blocks those are days where you should be doing bricks. The schedule is not set in stone though. Different people adjust to working out and in different ways. If you can handle doing the bricks everyday do it or just do every couple of days. It is up to you. Just have fun.

I think most of us are kind of along for the ride. Then, as we learn something we pass it on to each other. It is one of the things that makes this such a great site. No one is treated like or considered a "know nothing", and no question is EVER thought of as "stupid":.

Stick with the board, and you will learn a lot and enjoy your teammates here.
