this is where things went bad, my legs started cramping at mile 34 and I couldnt do anything. took in too many electrolytes and any water i drank didnt go to my muscles.
What would you do differently?:

drnk less electrolytes, train on the bike more

leg cramps, my shin splints i had a while ago, not training enough

good race, knocked over 50 minutes off my off my overall time from last year (6:21:41) . I was the youngest competetor at this race, and last year I was the youngest person the finish the race.

Great race despite the cramping. And congratulations on taking almost an HOUR off of your time from last year. That's incredible! God, I wish I would have gotten into this sport when I was your age!
