Subject: WTB- equipment needed to do the Aquajog thing
I've got an injury to my right leg that is keeping me from running for the next 5 weeks or so and I want maintain or at least minimize the running losses. If somebody has equipment needed to do the aquajog thing, please let me know what you have and how much you want for it. I live in Northern Virginia (22192)

I've got an aquajog kit I used when I hurt my IT band.  cost me $100 bucks, belt/shoes/barbells/mesh bag.  I'll let you have it for $50.  I've been lucky and haven't had a recur in the last year... maintained my fitness with a month off.
