color, largely. I think if you have the whole set it is slightly lighterweight... but color is the big thing, and the thing the vast majority of us would notice.

It is specifically about Ultegra vs. Dura Ace but also includes Ultegra vs. Ultegra SL.

Weight is the main difference (though it's not much) and color.
