So where is the RR? Hoiw did it go?

Put the race report in the RR forum (probably 6 pages down by now). Not much to report since I haven't trained much. Oddly enough, a lack of training rears its ugly head on race day. That and standing at a trade show booth for three days, staying out late and drinking too much in the days before don't help much. The dogs were still barking from the show, and the tummy was still angry from all the 12 ounce curls.

Not sure how it happened, but I did have a decent bike time. At least for me. The run took me 4 minutes longer than last year though.

I do really enjoy that race though. The church volunteers are awesome and they even invite the spectators to eat the post-race food (of which they have a lot). Some really fast people show up. And some people doing their first race.
