Rob and Cat,

Great to meet you both and thanks for including me on today's swim and bike.  Wow is all I have to say for that ride.  Rob, sill send you a PM with my details and any weekend I am not racing, I would be glad to do this again.

Cat - see you in Gloucester next weekend.  Shooting for a top 100 finish.

I owe you a few bucks for the water - forgot in my race to get home.

Great to meet you too.  That was a long ride.  My legs feel good though.  No worries about the $2!  haha.

My longest ride yet...if we take out the middle section, I think we made very good time.  Definately need to bring more water.  Post Timberman, lets do this a few more times - sent you my details.
